City Councilmember Paul Koretz will offer opening remarks, and there will be a panel of Commissioners present, including Former Vice President of the Water and Power Commission, Bill Funderburk; Second Vice President of the Human Relations Commission, Irma Beserra Nunez; and Debbie Wehbe of the Board of Neighborhood Commissioners.
