In collaboration with Mayor Eric Garcetti’s Office, we will co-host Civic U: Resilient Los Angeles on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm, at the Ronald F. Deaton Auditorium, located at 100 W 1st St, Los Angeles, CA 90012.

Los Angeles is part of 100 Resilient Cities, a worldwide effort pioneered by the Rockefeller Foundation (100RC) that is dedicated to helping cities around the world become more resilient to the physical, social and economic challenges that are a growing part of the 21st century. Members from the 100 Resilient Cities team will be presenting the campaign in Los Angeles, and will discuss how Neighborhood Councils play an important part in making LA resilient.

This event is open to all Neighborhood Council board and stakeholder members.  If your Neighborhood Council hasn’t selected your Resilience Liaison, now is a good time to appoint one or more to attend. RSVP now, at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/civic-u-resilient-los-angeles-tickets-48430472848
