Election Budgets must be specific and include line-item expenses.
In order to ensure elections are a success, the Department will provide expedited funding for election expenses only.
This includes Events, Printing, Mailing, Media, Funding Requests for expenses over $2500.
For expedited funding, Neighborhood Councils must submit approved, specific, line-item election budgets with board vote count forms, invoices and a deadline for approval to Jay Handal at email@example.com as a cohesive packet. From there, the Funding Team will prioritize the requests so that Neighborhood Council Elections Committees can move forward quickly. Keep in mind that if the funding request is for over $2500 you will need to give the Funding team time to turn the request around.
