Fritz Bronner Fritz Bronner has been a local equestrian advocate for the last 12 years, supporting equestrian land-use, properties and zoning; promoting equestrian activities & businesses in the region. He has spoken effectively before City Council on numerous topics; protecting open space, curbing and even stopping development. He is an equestrian property owner and avid equestrian. He is the author of the Equestrian Bill of Rights, and has written articles on Septic Rights.He is a co-foundig member of the LA Horse Council and fighting for fair water rights for livestock and horses. He assist in equestrian rescue coordination with Animal Services and currently serves as board-member of the Foothill Trails District Neighborhood Council and former chairman of the Land-Use Committee serves on the Equestrian Committee. Fritz also works on trails and security for its users. Preserving rural open space with an effective plan.

Kevin Davis I have represented District 1 for several years and Ilook forward to contining to serve. I have both lived and worked in the community for more than 20 years, so I am familiar with the issues facing the area from both a residental and business standpoint. In these tough times, I feel it is more important than ever to keep the lines of communication between government agencies and the community. Only by working together can we effectively weather the ongoing crisis.

Kobie T. Boykins I moved to Shadow Hills over 3 years ago and am finding this area to be a gem in the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. I am currently serving as a member of the Community Outreach Committee for All Nations Church and through this organization i have had the opportunity to attend the neighborhood council meetings and learn about this amazing community. I would like to extend my community service by being a representative of the neighborhood council and to advocate for our community needs.
Michael N. Carpenter Michael Carpenter has served the community the past two years as Area 4 Representative on FTDNC. I have been twice elected by the board, Treasurer. Being responsible for preparing and having accepted two fiscal year budgets. 2010-2011 being $45.000 (with an over $9,400 rollover) and 2011-2012 $40,500. Both budgets were accepted by DONE. Out of $95,00 in city funds having to be spent that fiscal year and the leftover going back into the general fund, FTDNC only returned around $400 total. We did not go over budget. I am a homeowner and horse owner in Lake View Terrace. The LVT representative on CPAB. I will continue to serve as Treasurer to continue the fiscal stability and continuity for our community.
