Pay Your Bills with your P-Card

Simplify your life! Did you know that you can set up your P-Card to cover monthly recurring charges such as phone bills, utilities or storage space? Most of these vendors will allow you to log onto their website to add the P-Card as an automatic monthly deduction. This will ensure that the bill is paid timely and prevent the assessment of any late fees or unforeseen disruption in your services. The Department is looking into moving certain categories of expenses such as these permanently to the P-Card in the near future, but you can move these to the P-Card now.

For any vendor that does not accept the P-Card but has a recurring monthly charge, you may want to use the Auto-Deduct process. This method will ensure timely payment of recurring costs without the need to fill out a demand warrant each month. The Neighborhood Council can request that the vendor forward their bills directly to the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment (200 N. Spring St, 20th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90012). Please make sure that the vendor includes the name of your Neighborhood Council on the bill to accurately process the payment. The Department will notify your Neighborhood Council of every invoice we receive from that vendor and will process payment automatically unless a dispute is raised.
