We are all becoming more and more aware of the prevalence of the exploitation of children and adults in our country, maybe our city, but do we know the prevalence right in our own neighborhoods??? Human Trafficking has become one of the fastest growing criminal enterprises in the country and the Los Angeles area is one of the top areas of this scourge.

We know it can be women in sweatshops! Those held in domestic servitude! Those sexually exploited! But are we aware of those forced to work in agriculture/farming/animal processing plants? Also, children are being kidnapped off our streets and held locally, or even SOLD overseas? Now that we know, we must take action to prevent the exploitation and to stop the explosive growth of human trafficking.

HOW CAN WE HELP?
The public is invited to hear those working to prevent the trafficking in the first place, and what YOU can do to help those who are vulnerable, and those who have been caught up in this nightmare.
