The race to elect the next Los Angeles City Councilmember for the Fourth District is entering the final stretch. As Election Day nears, candidates Carolyn Ramsay and David Ryu vie to succeed longtime Councilmember Tom LaBonge, who has represented the district since 2001. The array of issues of concern to district residents include traffic congestion, development, public safety, open space, and more.

Meet your runoff candidates and learn about their positions on the issues that matter to you. The Neighborhood Councils of Council District 4 along with UCLA’s Office of Government and Community Relations and NBC4 invite you to a forum with the candidates on April 30th.
