Pamela Gibberman –I have been a member of the Panorama City Neighborhood Council Board of Directors since it was in formation in 2007. For most of that time I have been the Board Secretary. My attendance has been excellent and I believe that I have contributed to our overall effectiveness. I would like to continue to serve my community as I feel I still have a great deal to offer. I would very much appreciate your vote.

Luis Maya – I have worked in Panorama City for 3 years. US Bank established a branch in early 2011 on the corner of Van Nuys and Roscoe. I have witnessed significant change in the community, both good and bad. As a banker I have also met and interacted with several residents of the community. I have grown fond of the people, the community and the area itself. I wish to somehow influence positive change and development through a position in the Board.

Deborah Keaton – Hello, My name is Deborah A. Keaton. I have been a resident of Panorama City for nine and a half years. I think Panorama City is a great place to live. I look forward to giving back to my community and making it an even better place.
Otis Hopson – I’m a formal candidate with six years experience as Vice President of the rule committee. I have resided in Panorama City for more than twenty five years and has had and ran a Business for more than twenty years. Will have a open door policy for all will put our senior and youth first

Jakelin Campos – My name is Jacklin Campos. I am currently an alternate on the Panorama City Neighborhood Council. I live and work and want to serve in Panorama City. I have lived in Panorama City are for over three years. I have seen many changes in Panorama City over the last few years. I would like to be a part of those changes in the future. I want to make Panorama City a wonderful place to live for everyone. Please come vote for me on March 8, 2014.

Martin Geisler – I am Martin Geisler. I have been the treasurer of your Panorama City Neighborhood Council for the last 5 years. I was born in the area now know as Panorama City . I have lived, worked, and raised my family in Panorama City. I have worked hard to maintain a high level of fiscal responsibility on the council. I currently am part of two committees, the finance committee, and the land use committee. I am also part of the councils for councils, a group of individuals that support the neighborhood councils. As you can see I have proven my ongoing commitment to Panorama City Neighborhood council. There have been many changes to Panorama City over the years with many more to come. I pledge to do my best to see that these changes are what we, the community want them to be.

Tony Wilkinson – In about 2005 I joined with many others to help form a neighborhood council in Panorama City. By 2007 we succeeded in becoming an official city agency. It has been a life-changing experience. Most important, it has shown that together we CAN make big improvements in our community. We’ve gotten extra police officers, changed school attendance boundaries, unified police service into one station, changed how the city’s gang reduction program deals with our kids, and brought much needed health and safety services to the community in a fair that’s now seven years old. This council is run entirely by volunteers, and we always need more! Your vote for me is a vote to continue a spirit of cooperation and to continue to extend a welcome to everyone in Panorama City to participate in their neighborhood council.
Mariam Aivazian – My name is Mariam Aivazian. I am grateful for this nomination opportunity, and I will be honored to serve on Panorama City Neighborhood Council, if elected. As a proud resident homeowner in Panorama City and as a real estate professional who conducts business in this community, my goal is to share my knowledge and expertise, which can be valuable when addressing issues like land use, education and neighborhood beautification. Kathy Schreiner – I live 4 blocks south of the SE border of Panorama City and have been engaged as a volunteer for two years with Best Start Panorama City and Neighbors. Best Start works to improve the lives of families with young children who live in Panorama City and in portions of adjacent communities (Mission Hills, North Hills, and Van Nuys). Through my volunteer work with Best Start, as well as my volunteer role as liaison between Best Start and the Panorama City branch library, I have been become a Stakeholder in Panorama City. I would be honored to have an opportunity to serve as a member of the Panorama City Neighborhood Council.
Gregory L. Wilkinson – My name is Greg Wilkinson and I care about Panorama City. I have served on the Panorama City Neighborhood Council for the past year. During that time I have significantly contributed to the improvement of our neighborhood. I have also served as a NC Budget Advocate meeting with the Mayor and other city officials to ensure that our priorities are heard in City Hall and that our tax dollars are safeguarded against waste and abuse. I recently met with the LA City Attorney to ask him to bring back our Neighborhood Prosecutor position. As a lawyer in the business community I know how to help ensure Panorama City benefits for both the private and public sector. There are many programs that can bring significant recourse to our neighborhood and I will work to get our fair share. A vote for me is a vote for Panorama City.
