The Neighborhood Councils of the San Fernando Valley are joining forces to throw the 2019 Rally in the Valley on Saturday, February 9th in North Hills!

Neighborhood Council elections are happening now – come attend a free workshop on how to run for office, and talk to Valley-area Neighborhood Council members about what their current projects, past achievements, and future goals are.

Candidates from any part of Los Angeles who are interested in running for a seat on their Neighborhood Council are welcome to attend. 

Refreshments + plenty of free parking are available on-site

 

What you’ll learn at our Candidate Workshop

Our Neighborhood Council Candidate Workshop covers free and low-cost tips for:

  • running a successful campaign
  • connecting with voters
  • advocating for issues you’re passionate about
  • writing your personal statements

You’ll also be able to register as a candidate right at the Rally, with the help of City Clerk’s Elections team.
