• What are the priorities for education of neighborhood council board members? Which topics are most important? What knowledge or expertise is critical for board members?
• Presently, only conflict of interest training and treasurer training is mandatory. What, if any, additional training should be required of board members; and should that training be required of all board members or only some, e.g., officers and committee chairs?
• Considering the resources currently available to the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment, what alternative means to effect additional education and leadership development opportunities exist or may be created?
