Angelenos take pride in their neighborhoods and actively volunteer for clean-ups, regularly reporting trash and graffiti to one of City Hall’s most used service request phone numbers: 3-1-1. EmpowerLA is very aware that Neighborhood Councils are part of this ongoing movement in keeping their streets beautiful. The department would like to request that Neighborhood Councils share their success stories with clean-ups and Clean Streets projects.
