If you’re planning a sustainability or green living event for your community, LA Stormwater’s Booth In A Box program is a free, easy-to-use outreach tool for providing fun yet informative material to educate your stakeholders on water conservation, rain/storm preparation, and keeping our water supply, groundwater, oceans, and rivers clean.

How It Works

All you need to do is fill out an application form and provide a table and someone to sit at it. LA Stormwater will then provide all the elements you need – including signage, outreach materials, and even a tablecloth – to set up a professional-looking booth like the one shown above. You can select the items that suit your audience best from LA Stormwater’s extensive menu of outreach materials, which include coloring books, stickers, brochures, posters, and pens.

After your application is received, a representative from LA Stormwater will contact you to arrange to drop all the items (including handouts and equipment) off the week before the event. They will then pick up the equipment and any remaining materials the week after the event.
