Congratulations to Regions One and Four! The Neighborhood Councils in these respective regions pulled their funds together to purchase more than 300 airtime slots through Time Warner Cable’s television network. They will be advertising Neighborhood Council Elections throughout the valley by airing a 30-second, abridged version of Mayor Eric Garcetti’s Neighborhood Council Elections Video.
