Neighborhood Council elections are open to everyone who lives, works, owns property, or has an ongoing and significant participation within the Neighborhood Council boundaries. To vote, you must register online before March 31, 2016 or at the polls on April 7, 2016. Everyone must register, even if you are already registered for national elections or have voted in a Neighborhood Council election in the past.
You may vote in person at the polls, or vote online anytime now through Election Day, April 7th. To vote in Studio City, you must establish two things: 1) your identity and 2) the relationship you have to the neighborhood that qualifies you to vote there.
There are seven different voter categories in Studio City’s elections this year, each defined by a particular type of relationship between a voter and the community. The nature of that relationship determines the type of qualifying documents acceptable for each type of voter. To see a list of supporting paperwork appropriate for each ballot type, click HERE.
