Esther Glaze My name is Esther Glaze, I am running for President. Please vote for me. My mission is to adhere to the guidelines of the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment and CANNDUNC’s By-Laws and serve with integrity and honesty My goals are to: 1. be an advocate and a Liaison for our community with city officials at city hall. 2. to empower by educating our community of the rights we have and effective ways to exercise those rights to create a safe community, get our infrastructure (streets, sidewalks and drainage) needs met, thereby improving life in our community. 3. address any other needs especially of land use in our community. We have power together. Vote for me and let us get our community working together to address our issues and concerns and create a greater community.
James Dukes My name is James Dukes and I will be running for the open President seat for CD-9 CANNDU NC Cuouncil. I have lived here for 46 years and worked and went to school, for the last two years I have been a member of the Neighborhood Council as a At Large member seat. My vision is to help bring the young into the purpose and mission of the founders. We all old and young share a common goal to continually improve our neighborhood and community making it a better place to live. By standing on or two feet when need be and stop waiting on city services to help us.

Bianka Bailey I am a Certified Community Health Outreach Worker and an Entrepreneur. I have a great concern and passion to make sure that people are treated fair and that they are not being taken advantage of because of their financial situation. I was born and raised in South Central Los Angeles my Father and grandparents on both sides were residents and business owners in Los Angeles and I want to see that small business continues to flourish in our neighborhoods. As a Certified Community Health Outreach Worker I want to make sure that everyone knows their options for healthcare and that they have the resources to make better decisions in regards to their health. I have put together Health fairs at the church and Healthy cooking classes and gospel aerobics. I had a booth at the taste of soul promoting are programs.
