The City Clerk Neighborhood Council Funding Program is pleased to announce that we have released our new policies and guidelines, effective February 1, 2018. Since the NC Funding Program was transferred to the Office of the City Clerk in July 2016, staff have utilized our day to day experience and working knowledge of Neighborhood Councils to codify the rules and determine areas in the policies and guidelines that needed development as well as clarification. Our collective efforts ensure that the policies and guidelines meet all of the regulatory mandates, while achieving our overarching mission to support the NCs’ administrative needs and ensure the proper use of public funds.
