Voting in the Pacoima Neighborhood Council election is open to everyone 16 years of age or older on the Election Day who is a stakeholder in the area. A stakeholder is someone who lives, works, owns property, or has an ongoing and significant participation within the council boundaries. To vote, you must register at the polls before casting your ballot. Everyone must register, even if you are already registered for national elections or have voted in a Neighborhood Council election in the past.
Election Day is Saturday, April 2nd. Before voting, you must give your name to the Registration Desk, and explain what makes you a Pacoima stakeholder. See an overview of what it means to be a stakeholder + the voter registration process HERE.
