Fritz Bronner – My goals are protect the rural, equestrian open space, quality of life and safety for the NC.
Daniel Charles Davis – I have been a resident of Lake View Terrace since 2001 and have work at Hansen Dam since 2004. As an Eagle Scout I was taught the value of being involved in my local community. I hope serve as great rep of the Foothill Trails District.
Lauralee Eulalie Thoms – I have worked as a legal assistant for the past 25 years and am currently employed for the past 14 years at the Downtown L.A. law firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP. I have owned a home in the San Fernando Valley for 15 years, and have lived in the area since 1987. Personal character references are available.

Linda Hornick – I believe that representing the area I live in at the Neighborhood Council helps bring my neighborhood concerns to a group of people who can interpret and guide us through city processes and departments. Land use and planning are a special concern as they relate to our rural and equestrian lifestyle.
Kevin J. Davis – I have served on the FTDNC since it was official formed. During that time, I have served as Recording Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, and I am currently in my second term as President. As a life-long Valley resident, I have seen a lot of changes. I have dedicated my life to public service and seek your support in my quest to maintain the wonderful quality of life which we enjoy. I will continue my efforts to reach out and coordinate with other community groups for the benefit of all stakeholders.

Josie Zarate – My name is Josie Zarate. I am a 28 year recident of L.V.T. I participated in our L.V.T.I.A., Schools, w/watch, Business watch, Foothill P.D. volunteer. etc. I am running for the L.V.T.I.A. Presidency & hope to bring our community together to work on issues & enhance our community with new projects. I believe our children are the future & love to work with community schools to build a better future for L.V.T.

Michael Neal Carpenter – Michael Carpenter has served the community the past four years as Area 4 Representative on Foothill Trails, reelected in 2012. I have been elected by the board, Treasurer, four times. Being responsible for preparing and submitting four fiscal year budgets. From 2010-11 to 2013-14 totaling 169,000.00. I have presented all four budgets to DONE which have all been accepted and passed their audit reviews. I am a homeowner and horse owner in Lake View Terrace. The LVT is representative on the Community Police Advisory Board. I will continue to serve as Treasurer to continue the fiscal stability and continuity for our community. I appreciate your support. Robert (Bob) Bell – After serving this community on this council these past two years, I know that we still have a lot to do to keep our community safe, to beautify our community and to be the watch dogs of the community so our own city government doesn’t forget what our community is all about.

Sherry Ann Jackson – I have wanted to serve for sometime and now that I am retired I have the time. I was the membership chair for the local ETI and truly enjoyed it.

I am well connected with equine and law community, as well as business community.
Lewis Kim – I will do my best to represent All Nations Church in helping improve all community activities within the Foothill Trails district and also to provide whatever assistance we can to build bridges into the great community.
