The Department of City Planning (DCP) is offering a workshop on how owners of historic properties can apply for Mills Act consideration. The City of Los Angeles’ Mills Act Historical Property Contract Program is a highly competitive, property tax incentive program for owners of Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monuments or Contributors to an HPOZ. As part of the program, each year DCP accepts applications for new contracts and holds a workshop for prospective applicants.
