The Congress of Neighborhoods is the Neighborhood Council system’s biggest event, bringing together over 1,000 local leaders annually at LA City Hall for a day of workshops and networking with City officials and other NC members. For this year’s event – happening Saturday, September 28th – the NC Congress Planning Committee invites you to submit names for their In Memoriam pages in the event program.
If you know of a Neighborhood Council leader who has passed away since September 2018, please share their name, a photo, and your memories about them via email to the addresses below. Please make sure that the families of the board members you would like to celebrate have granted permission to use their photo to honor their Neighborhood Council achievements.
