Renter Stakeholder Board Seat Term: 2 years	1	Elected	Stakeholders who rent a home within the NHENC boundaries and who are between 18 years of age or older.	Stakeholders who live, work, or own property within the NHENC boundaries are at least 14 years of age, shall be entitled to one (1) vote for each open position on the Board.

Olvia Diaz Tengo mas de 20 años viviendo en la ciudad de North hills, soy miembro actualmente del consejo vecinal de North hills East. He participado en los eventos y limpiezas de mi comunidad como en la del Panorama City, he tenido la oportunidad de ayudar ha varias familias a proveendoles talleres totalmente gratis como el de Nutricion, C.E.R.T. ABUSO INFANTIL. Trabaje para el Alcalde Antonio Villaraigoza en el programa S.N.L. Soy miembro de la Mesa directiva de la corporacion Best Start (First Five LA).

Anchulee Raongthum I’m currently Vice President of NHENC. I’ve volunteered since February 2011, helping when needed, including: initiating the bilingual website; establishing new logo; spearheading new eye-catching bilingual materials (NHENC brochure, newsletter), served as Vice Chair on the Outreach Committee; helped NHENC to hold its first Youth Art Contest. I’m currently Senior Project Manager for Government Programs Outreach & Events at Blue Shield – I’m accustomed to managing work on multiple projects and teams simultaneously.Our community has many issues that needs fixing, but we also have great people. I encourage you to participate in the democratic process and vote for the individual you believe is best. I want the people of North Hills East know that this work is never done for the glory, but for the love of mutual aid. No matter what the outcome of this election is, I will continue to work hard for this community.
