This is a friendly reminder of upcoming in-person Funding Program training sessions for the month of January, 2018.

1. Tuesday, January 23, 6pm to 8:30pm
Downtown City Hall East, 3rd Floor, Controller’s Conference Room, Room 351

2. Wednesday, January 31, 5:30pm to 8:00pm
Mid-Valley Branch Library, Community Room, 16244 Nordhoff Street, North Hills

The in-person training sessions are open to all Board members as well as stakeholders. These are the required trainings for board members serving as Financial Officers (Treasurer, 2nd Signer, Bank Cardholder). Other Board members may also complete the training online at our website.

The schedule for the in-person training is:

  • Funding Program Training – the first 1.5 hours – Required of all Board Members to be eligible to vote on funding-related matters.
  • System Portal Training – the last hour – Additional training required of Treasurers and Bank Cardholders to access the new Funding System.
Free parking can be arranged at Downtown City Hall when you RSVP for Downtown trainings.
In our website, you will see additional training dates scheduled for the following months, with more to come soon.
Translation can be provided with 72 advance notice.
