Earth Day 2018 was a great day for Valley Village and City Council District 2! Thousands of pounds of used batteries and light bulbs were collected; 50 trees were given away; 40 large bins of paper were shredded; and a truckload of groceries were donated to the North Hollywood Interfaith Food Pantry at Neighborhood Council Valley Village’s Earth Day Celebration on Saturday April 21st.

Neighborhood Council Valley Village would like to give a shout-out to Councilmember Paul Krekorian and his staff; the NCVV crew; the LA Beautification Team for partnering with them on this successful community event. It truly takes a Village!

If you’d like to submit your own Neighborhood Council success story, please fill out this form.
