Jeanette Hopp My name is Jeanette Hopp. I have been a resident and homeowner in Van Nuys for 36 years. I have extensive experience with writing by-laws, the Brown Act and Roberts Rules of Order. I have volunteered for LAUSD for over 25 yrs. I have lobbied Sacramento and Washington for funding in relation to education. I have worked on beautification projects in Van Nuys several times in 36 years. I want to bring Van Nuys back to the status it once enjoyed as the Civic Center and heartbeat of the East San Fernando Valley. I love our community. I take shorthand and take explicit notes.
