If your Neighborhood Council is having online elections, you may register and vote at the Downtown Los Angeles City Hall Pop-Up Poll anytime from now up until your Neighborhood Council’s Election Day. The EmpowerLA office Pop-Up Poll is open Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 4 PM. Our address is below – pay us a visit, register, and cast your ballot!

Directions: Enter through the Visitor’s Entrance, which is located on the Main Street side of City Hall at 200 N Main. After you go through the metal detector, check in at the security desk. Tell them you’re visiting EmpowerLA in suite 2005, and they’ll give you a Visitor’s pass. Take the elevator to come up to the 20th floor. Hope to see you at our Poll!
