Bill Zide – I have been involved as a Board Member of the HSDNC since 2011. Since then, I was elected the Chair of the HSDNC last year (2013). I have made a point of trying to get the HSDNC more involved in the community and to have a more active roll working with the Councilman’s office to get stakeholder’s concerns heard and addressed. That extends to making sure the NC has a presence at City Hall meetings and events that effect our stakeholders. It is my hope, to expand on this and succeed in getting free wifi for the HSDNC and to create more ongoing activities with all the neighborhoods within the district. I have appreciated the opportunity to serve the district and hope to have a chance to continue getting moving the NC and the community forward. Thanks.

I want to ensure the neighborhood’s inclusion in all City actions that affect it.Beautification and safety instills neighborhood pride, I wish to encourage resources to that aim.My appreciation of the neighborhood’s diversity stems from my role as Operations Manager in the 2000 U.S. Census where I implemented outreach encompassing 23 different languages. I seek to protect the neighborhood’s unique fabric of production Studios, neighborhood small business and family housing.
Luke Vincent – I have been here since 1980.
