Marisha C. Morris Marisha began her civil ‘work’ with City Hall under Hon Tom Bradley’s Administration, furthered her community building with a local union & AFL-CIO, worked in great capacity with Summer Employment via CDD. As program coordinator at LA CO Juvenile Hall created educational, life skills, etiquette and cultural opportunities for youth; and formed a not-for & for profit businesses. Viewing her actions as an extension of her– connecting people & resources, businesses with consumers, are something MARISHA thrives at & loves, in addition to creating programs, initiatives, policy & strategic plans.INTENT Vision of improving (and surpassing) South LA to THE CITY people once came across country to reside, build families & businesses; Combine resources of non-profit, private, cbo’s & government along with a movement of the people, EVERYDAY CITIZENS- me & YOU. Eddie North-Hager I want to be on the board of my neighborhood council because I believe in the neighborhood. I work in the area and live nearby. We are all responsible for taking care of where we live and this is one small way I am doing my part. For the past two years that I have been on the council, I am proud of what we have accomplished as a board and believe there is much more to do.

Andrea Canty Tieuel I have been a community member in the NANDC for over 30 years. I am currently serving on the NANDC Board as the Educational Representative and I’m a member of several committees. It is important to me that my neighborhood and community is a safe, beautiful and thriving community. I am committed to sharing information with my neighbors and constituents in NANDC area to ensure that everyone is informed about issues that impact our community and that our voices are being heard. Some of the things that I would like to continue doing as a Board member is increasing the capacity of our counsel by getting more stakeholders involved, continue to advocate for safer streets, reduced crime, and beautification projects.
