EngageLA is an initiative with the purpose of  achieving the highest standards of Civic Engagement in Los Angeles. It is a collaboration between City Hall, EmpowerLA and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

UCLA students, Paul Chhean and Tiffani Prater created an EngageLA Manifesto, conducted 3 Interviews, and wrote 7 How-tos on Civic Engagement during their internship at EmpowerLA.
