Are you tripping over old files, tax returns, or health records, but can’t throw these items in the trash due to the danger of identity theft? Do you have stacks of newspapers, magazines and mail to get rid of?

Neighborhood Council Valley Village is coming to your rescue! The NCVV Earth Day Celebration & Shredding Event features free on-site document shredding, plus disposal of old batteries and lightbulbs. The first 50 people to show up will also get a free shade tree.

If you attend, please consider bringing donations of canned or dry, wrapped foodstuffs to donate to the North Hollywood Interfaith Food Pantry, who is one of the sponsors of the event. Here are the details:
