We have heard your concerns; candidates can enroll via paper form on January 11, 2016 by visiting the EmpowerLA Elections page.
Stakeholders now have two ways in which to register to become a candidate:
Online: Candidate Registration Online Portal
Paper: Candidate Registration via paper form:
– On January 11, 2016 candidates can print out the paper “Candidate Filing Form”
– Candidates must complete the necessary information and either mail it to:

Los Angeles, CA 90012
or email it to elections@empowerla.org with supporting documents no later than 11:59pm, 57 days prior to the Neighborhood Council’s election date.
