Does your neighborhood have a Neighborhood Emergency Plan? Last year, the Emergency Management Department worked with the Tarzana Neighborhood Council to create their Neighborhood Emergency Plan and “rehearse” it with a full scale exercise. Tarzana was out in full force to experience the Great California ShakeOut, coming together as a community to prepare for a disaster and know how to help their neighbors.
