A new State of California program will provide FREE rooftop solar and energy efficiency home improvements to more than 5,000 homes in Los Angeles County. Will your neighborhood get its fair share before funds run out?

The Neighborhood Council Sustainability Alliance (NCSA) is a community partner to help promote the Low-Income Weatherization Program (LIWP) and bring its benefits to communities across the City of Los Angeles. Homeowners and renters who meet LIWP income and location requirements can receive thousands of dollars in home improvements — up to and including such options as windows, large appliances, and solar hot water heating and PV systems — at NO cost to them.

To learn more, visit www.LIWPLA.org, or call 833.609.5190 (Monday to Friday 9-5).

The NCSA is a social benefit organization in affiliation with Social and Environmental Entrepreneurs (SEE), a non-profit public charity exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
