One of the simplest ways to get connected is to make sure that your website has links to the EmpowerLA website, to the Elections page, and to the Voter Registration Portal (if you’re one of the 35 councils offering Online Voting).
There are three clickable buttons that can be placed on your website (complete with code for your webmaster) so that you can steer your community members to the EmpowerLA website, to the Elections page, and to the Voter Registration Portal.

Going the other direction, EmpowerLA’s website features a “Find Your Council” link on the front page plus a Roster of Councils, a clickable citywide map, 12 clickable regional maps, and 96 Neighborhood Council pages plus 96 Neighborhood Council election pages.
Ultimately, visitors to Neighborhood Council sites should be able to find EmpowerLA and visitors to EmpowerLA should be able to find their Neighborhood Council. Most importantly, if these clickable buttons are placed on the Neighborhood Council website (and used in email signature files!) voters will be able to get the information they need so that the 2016 Elections are a tremendous success.
