EmpowerLA joined Neighborhood Council leaders and hundreds of faith leaders from dozens of denominations at Getty House for Mayor Garcetti’s annual National Day of Prayer Breakfast. This year’s theme was Unity.
Emily Kantrim of Mid City West Community Council and Safe Parking LA spoke on the Building The Bridge Through Faith panel. There was also a lovely performance from the Greater Zion Church Family Young Adult Choir.
