This summer, EmpowerLA is conducting a series of town halls across the City, to solicit feedback from Neighborhood Councils about how we can better serve our Board Members. We hope to gather feedback on the 2016 Neighborhood Council Elections and Selections, Neighborhood Council Funding, Administrative Services (contracts, leases, PRAs, agendas), and anything else folks would like to share with us so we can make our policies and procedures more efficient.
