Who are you, what do you believe, and can art help you talk about it? With Ayad Akhtar’s Pulitzer Prize-winning Disgraced playing the Mark Taper Forum, we invite high school students and rising college freshmen to join us on Friday, June 17, to discuss ethnicity and religion, both onstage and in their own lives. Our free Youth Theatre Forum features afternoon workshops and a ticket to Disgraced, a story of what happens when identity, heritage, and passion collide with the American Dream.
Featuring:
- Workshops on faith and culture, your own identity, and how to create art about it
- Free dinner
- A Free ticket to see the Pulitzer Prize-winning play Disgraced, by Ayad Akhtar, at the Mark Taper Forum at the Music Center in Downtown Los Angeles.
