Greetings Neighborhood Councils!
LA Sanitation is hosting our very first citywide Earth Day celebration on Saturday, April 23rd at Hansen Dam Recreation Park, right next to Discovery Cube Los Angeles! It will be a fun family-friendly event focused on sustainable living. We’ll have lots of exhibits, games, and giveaways as well as a stage with live performances from the local community and a bike ride/walk around the dam.
Attached is a flyer for your use in both English and Spanish. We’ll get some social media graphics together as well and send those out in a couple weeks for your use.
We hope that you will encourage your neighbors to join us. If you would like to have a booth at the event, we gladly welcome you. There is no charge to participate. Please complete the attached booth application and we’ll add you to the list.
