Get a voucher for free or discounted pet spay or neuter procedures from LA Animal Services! Each household may obtain services for up to three dogs and three cats. Discounted vouchers are available to everyone who applies, while free services are offered only to those whose household income qualifies. You must be a resident of the City of Los Angeles to be eligible. Vouchers may be used at any participating veterinary office. Feral or stray animals do not qualify.
Apply for vouchers online at https://anivet.lacity.org/onlinevoucher/, or pick up coupons in person at any of the City’s six animal shelters (click here for locations).
